Each restaurant/food business will have an 8 foot table with linens ready to serve from. Please bring additional decorations to enhance your station and brochures and menus to promote your restaurant/food business. Must be set up by 5:15pm at the latest. Registration and wine tasting will start at 5:30pm with participants browsing the silent auction. Participants will be given ballots to vote for their favorite food in each category. You will start serving food at 5:30pm and end around 8:00pm. United Way will provide small tasting plates, forks (spoons and bowls if needed but must let United Way know well in advance) and napkins at each station for participants. Any other serving item must be provided by the restaurant/food business. Food should be prepared at your restaurant and transferred to the Range Recreation and Civic Center to be served out of either chafing dishes or electric warmers. Please let us know what type of server you are going to use so that we can strategically place those using electricity to avoid power outages. (There is a kitchen available for use if need be, but will be occupied on a first come first serve basis) Restaurants/food businesses are allowed to bring coupons, menus and other promotional materials for participants. The wine vendors will be taking the final menu and have suggestions for pairings available to the participants. You are responsible for set-up, service and clean-up of your area.
