When you Give Where You Live to support United Way of Northeastern Minnesota, your funds are UNITED with others in your local community to support UWNEMN programs and nonprofits working to address the needs you and other community members have deemed most critical.
Your investment has enormous impact - reaching thousands of individuals in Northeastern Minnesota each year:
$6 = one Buddy Backpack weekend meal kit for a local child at-risk of hunger
$35 = one year's worth of Imagination Library books delivered to a local child
$100 = one holiday meal kit to feed a veteran and their family for an entire holiday weekend
There are three ways to Give Where You Live online:
- Make a one-time donation to the UWNEMN program or agency of your choice - or select "Area of Greatest Need," and UWNEMN will apply your gift where it is most needed. Cover the online fees to ensure that 100% of your intended gift impacts lives in our region.
- Make a monthly gift to sustain UWNEMN's work year-round.
- Round-up charges on the credit or debit card of your choice and donate spare change - to the monthly limit of your choice - to UWNEMN!
Any size workplace can hold a United Way campaign. Whether you have a few employees or hundreds, you can make a difference!
