The newest member of our team, Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator Emily Unhjem is UWNEMN’s main point of contact for all things volunteer-related.
With a decade of administrative and community relations experience, Emily brings a wealth of community knowledge, passion for serving, and the kind of ‘get it done’ attitude needed to increase volunteerism throughout our region.
Emily’s approach to this work extends beyond UWNEMN; in addition to scheduling volunteers for our programs and events, she is focused on helping all local groups fill their volunteer needs.
“I can’t wait to connect with volunteers, community partners, and supporters to help build even stronger connections and create lasting change,” she said.
Volunteerism is also a family value for Emily, her husband, and their three children.
