IMMEDIATE NEED!

Our friends and neighbors in Brimson have identified FOUR HOMES in need of volunteer help Friday July 24th and Saturday July 25th.

With recent wildfires contained and properties deemed safe to return to, clean-up work has officially begun, heavy equipment has been arranged to clear out large items and metal, and community leaders anticipate volunteer help will be needed starting late July.

UWNEMN is simultaneously coordinating with property owners and community leaders to identify project needs while mobilizing volunteer groups to dispatch.

Please indicate your best availability, and we will be in touch with more details as soon as we have them.

Prefer to help financially? 100% of donations made to UWNEMN's Wildfire Recovery Fund will go to local individuals impacted by St. Louis County's 2025 wildfires.

Looking for cleanup help? Please contact emily@unitedwaynemn.org or 218-215-2425 to discuss further! Reminder: A wildfire debris site has been opened at 3115 Highway 44 in Brimson (open 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Saturday) through July and may remain open longer if needed.
