"Friends of the Forever Fund"

A special initiative created in 2007 to increase the Forever Fund endowment called "Friends of the Forever Fund". Corporate and individual donors who believe in the value that United Way brings to Northeastern MN and the families they help made special gifts of $1,000 to support the Forever Fund.

U.S. Steel Minnesota Ore Operations, ArcelorMittal Steel, Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi, Hibbing Taconite, United Taconite, Trenti Law Firm, Holmes Recycling and Minnesota Power.

Businesses and indivuduals have the option to donate again this year. All gifts to the endowment remain intact forever with the objective of the earnings offsetting all of the administration and fundraising costs of the organization.
